"The Million Dollar Globe" (the "Service"), accessible at millionworldad.com, is operated by an individual sole proprietor (the "Operator"). References to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms mean the Operator. References to "you" or "your" mean the person using the Service, whether visiting, purchasing, or managing an ad.

The Service is an online marketplace and display that renders a 3D globe divided into 1,000,000 cells. Each cell has a fixed position and can be purchased individually or in groups. Buyers may upload an image and specify a destination URL; the image is displayed as a patch covering their purchased cells, and clicking the patch opens the destination URL in a new browser tab.
The Service is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, except as expressly set out in Section 4 (Five-Year Commitment).
Cells cost $1.00 USD each, with a minimum purchase of 25 cells ($25.00 USD) and a maximum custom purchase of 50,000 cells ($50,000.00 USD). Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers — Stripe is responsible for handling and securing your payment information.
There is a separate $5.00 USD fee to change the destination URL of an existing ad. There is no fee to change the image after purchase (image changes require Operator review; contact us).
We commit to maintaining the Service, your ad image, and your destination link for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of your purchase (the "Guaranteed Period"). During the Guaranteed Period:
We intend and aspire to maintain the Service far beyond five years. However, the only commitment we can legally make is the five-year Guaranteed Period. Beyond that, continued availability is not guaranteed. If we elect to shut down the Service after the Guaranteed Period, we will provide at least 90 days' notice by email to all active ad owners and will make reasonable efforts to export your ad data to you.
You are fully responsible for the content of the image you upload and the URL you link. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that your content:
We perform automated moderation on every upload and reserve a human review right on any purchase. Content that our moderation flags may be held in a review queue and not displayed until approved by the Operator. Approval is at our sole discretion.
We reserve the unilateral right to remove, hide, or refuse to display any ad at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
If we remove your ad, we will attempt to notify you at the email address on file and explain the reason. However, notification is not a condition of removal.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the specific scenario described in Section 4 (failure to maintain the Service during the Guaranteed Period for more than 30 consecutive days).
In particular, you are not entitled to a refund if:
Chargebacks or payment disputes made without first contacting us at support@millionworldad.com will be contested and may result in the permanent removal of your ad with no refund of the original purchase.
You retain all rights, title, and interest in the image you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and publicly transmit your image and destination URL for the purpose of operating the Service. This license survives for as long as your ad remains on the Service, and terminates automatically if your ad is removed.
We may display thumbnails or screenshots of your ad in promotional materials about the Service (for example, on social media, in articles, or in product screenshots).
Your ad is managed via the email address you provided at checkout, using a passwordless magic-link sign-in system. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email address. If you lose access, we cannot transfer your ad to a different email without proof of payment and additional identity verification, which we may decline to perform at our discretion.
The design, code, layout, branding, and underlying technology of the Service are owned by the Operator. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Service itself. This restriction does not apply to your own uploaded content, which remains yours.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe an ad infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to milliondollarworldad@gmail.com that includes: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing ad, (c) your contact info, (d) a good-faith statement, (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We respond to valid notices within 7 business days.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR THAT ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service, (b) the content you upload or link to, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, privacy right, or right of publicity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Operator's home county, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Time limit for claims: any claim you may have arising out of or relating to the Service must be brought within one year after the claim arises; otherwise, it is permanently barred.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will attempt to notify active ad owners by email and will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect 30 days after posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes will not retroactively alter the Guaranteed Period you purchased under Section 4.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
